Maitama Contemporary Villa

Design-and-build of a luxury family home. The upper floor cantilevers 4.5 m over the terrace on deep transfer beams, leaving the living spaces column-free behind floor-to-ceiling glass. The pool shell, retaining walls and roof garden were all designed in-house. We delivered it turnkey in 13 months, including the structure, finishes, MEP coordination and landscaping.
